For the Resort to have a unique communication strategy, we provided our consulting service and played the role of a communication agency when installing its CRM. On one hand, we gave all the IT support for designing a solution architecture and for installing the technology required; on the other hand, we crafted the marketing macro strategy, drafting the journeys and marketing and sales funnels, further creating relationship marketing strategies, the relationship persona and campaigns.
